Customers can independently reserve, pay for, pick up and return a vehicle via their smartphone. They also have full control over their bookings and can easily extend, change or cancel a reservation when needed.
For safety reasons, the app includes integrated safety and KYC checks. Combined with features such as an immobiliser, you ensure vehicles can only be used during a valid rental period. This reduces the risk of fraud and unauthorised use.
All bookings, payments and vehicle data sync automatically with the RentVisie back office. You always work with up-to-date information and keep full insight into your rental operation. If a customer still needs support, staff can assist directly from the back office.
