The RentVisie Control App brings your full rental operation to the field. Staff always have the right information and can carry out all key rental processes directly from their smartphone or tablet. From vehicle handovers and inspections to payments, transport planning and customer management, everything syncs in real time with the RentVisie back office.
When picking up or returning a vehicle, staff easily perform a digital inspection. Any damage is recorded immediately in a digital damage dossier, including photos and notes. Customers can sign documents and inspection reports digitally on the spot, keeping all information central and easy to access.
To keep unwanted renters out, staff can run KYC checks from the app. Driving licence, identity and customer details are verified before a vehicle is handed over, so you meet internal procedures and limit risk.
The app also supports the full commercial process. Staff can create new bookings on-site, offer additional products or services through upsells and cross-sells, and collect outstanding amounts via a QR code. This improves service and increases revenue per rental.
Operational processes become simpler too. Transport can be planned and managed from the app, while after return cleaning tasks can be created automatically and assigned to staff or external partners. This keeps vehicles available, clean and ready for the next rental.
