With the RentVisie Digital Signing module, customers can sign quotes, contracts and other forms digitally via the RentVisie Control App or via the customer portal.
The customer receives the quote by email and can approve it digitally without logging in or going through extra steps. Once the customer agrees, the quote is automatically converted to a contract in the RentVisie back office. This eliminates manual handoff and prevents errors.
In addition to signing rental agreements, the module can also be used to sign other forms, such as damage forms, transport documents and other business documents.
