The RentVisie Customer Portal (Login/B2B) gives returning private and business customers their own secure environment for account management. Via their personal login, customers always have insight into active contracts, booking history and invoices.
Business customers get access to a full fleet overview and can link drivers to specific vehicles. This makes it easy to manage multiple users within one account, without you as the rental company having to manually track who drives which vehicle.
Customers can independently create new bookings from the portal, significantly lowering the barrier to hire again. This increases retention and encourages repeat business without extra effort from your staff.
For rental locations with self-service options, the portal also supports check-in and check-out on location. Customers handle the complete pickup and return process themselves via their account, without staff involvement.
Thanks to the direct connection with the RentVisie back office, all customer actions are processed in real time. Changes to contracts, new bookings and payments are immediately visible in the back office, without manual processing.
