Advanced Pricelists give you complete flexibility in how you manage pricing across your customer base. Instead of maintaining a single pricing structure for everyone, you can create and assign customized rate lists to individual customers or entire customer groups.
This allows you to offer negotiated rates, volume-based pricing, contract-specific prices, or special promotions while keeping everything organized in one place. Changes to a pricelist can be applied instantly to all customers within a group, reducing manual work and ensuring pricing consistency.
This feature goes much further than a standard pricelist. You can charge custom fuel prices, manage different pricing periods and apply different seasons per pricelist.
To set up Advanced Pricelists, go to Admin > Pricelists. From there, create a price list for a segment or designated customer, then set up the rates just like you do for general pricing.
