Yes. RentVisie has a real-time integration with Exact Online. Invoices, payments and journal entries are synchronised automatically, so your finance team does not have to re-enter what the rental operation has already recorded. The more contracts you invoice each month, the more manual work that saves. The integration is included in Premium and Enterprise and available as an add-on in Standard and Professional.

Through the Mollie integration, renters pay online with iDEAL, credit card, SEPA and more, and with Mollie POS you can also take payments on site. For fixed rental contracts and subscriptions, Twikey handles automatic direct debit, so monthly invoices do not need to be chased by hand. SEPA payments and refunds are available in every RentVisie edition.

Yes. From RentVisie you invoice electronically via the European Peppol network, so you comply with the new e-invoicing obligations. The invoice travels through that network straight into your customer's system, instead of landing in an inbox as a PDF attachment. Peppol is included in Premium and Enterprise and available as an add-on in Standard and Professional.

Yes. When a customer signs up, 365ID verifies their identity documents automatically. For international rental businesses facing extensive regulation there is Sumsub, a compliance-ready KYC platform. RentalCheck adds credit and background checks developed specifically for the rental sector. That way the check happens at sign-up, instead of manually at the counter at the moment of check-out.

Through the FineCompany integration, traffic fines are processed and recharged automatically, with a direct link to the traffic-fine administration. Your team no longer has to look up the right contract and renter by hand for every fine. The larger the fleet, the more time that saves. Automatic fine handling is available from the Standard edition.

RentVisie integrates with Traci for real-time GPS tracking of your fleet and with Teltonika for professional telematics with location and driving-behaviour data. ConneqTech connects vehicles and other rental assets via IoT, and RentalCheck provides tracking and monitoring of rented objects. With Track & Trace you see real-time location and status, and mileage and fuel are read automatically at check-out and check-in.

Yes. Through the RDW integration you retrieve a vehicle's registration and ownership data directly, so nobody has to type it in by hand. The RDW integration is included in every RentVisie edition. There is also an integration with the Dutch Register of Clients and Intermediaries (ROB) for compliance and verification, available from Professional.

Then there are two routes. With the open API you or your own developer can connect other systems; API access is included from Professional and available as an add-on in Standard. RentVisie also builds custom integrations with your own systems, included in Premium and Enterprise.
